Note types, workflow states and roles are yours: rename them, colour them from a 25-shade palette, and drag them into the order your process actually follows. The four states you start with are a suggestion, not a rule.
The conversation stays on the note
Every note carries its own thread. Repros, decisions and the fix live where the bug does — not in a lost chat scroll.
Files that behave
Images, PDFs and Office documents, with previews and a built-in viewer. Every upload is virus-scanned, size-capped, and named after what it actually is rather than what it claimed to be.
Structure that nests
Projects, then sections up to five levels deep, with notes at any level — and a note can move to another section when the work does.
Teams, and who may do what
A single authority ladder — Admin, Manager, Team Lead, Shift Lead, Member — decides who can invite, edit and assign. Nobody can grant a rank they don't outrank.
Your own workspace
Each company gets its own subdomain and its own isolated database schema. Not a shared table with a filter — a separate schema.
